Appendix E – Partnership MOUs (If any)

This section outlines the structure and intent of Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) between Invincible Read and its strategic partners. These documents define areas of collaboration, expectations of shared value, and roadmap alignment with respect to education, content, infrastructure, or governance.

1. Purpose of MOUs

MOUs serve as a formal yet non-legally binding agreement that enables the platform and its partners to align on:

  • Use of Invincible Read’s technology (UCNS, Soulbound Credentials, DAO tools)

  • Pilot programs involving students, creators, or community hubs

  • Revenue sharing or licensing models for co-created or syndicated content

  • Data privacy, user ownership, and interoperability commitments

  • Joint marketing, credential issuance, or regional onboarding

2. Types of Partners

MOUs are tailored for multiple categories:

  • Educational Institutions: For collaborative credentialing and learning quests

  • Web3 Projects & DAOs: For content co-creation, DAO-based education tracks, and treasury integrations

  • Nonprofits & NGOs: Focused on literacy, inclusion, and offline-first education rollouts

  • Publishers & Author Collectives: Exploring UCNS onboarding, bulk content migration, and royalties-on-chain

  • Tooling & Protocol Partners: Including DID, ZKP, AI personalization, and storage protocols

3. Status (As of Publication)

As of the release of this whitepaper, several partnership discussions and proof-of-concept programs are underway. However, formalized MOUs will be published publicly on the Invincible Read documentation hub and Git repositories as soon as they are ratified by the DAO or core contributors.

Initial collaboration pilots are in development across:

  • Two regional education startups (India & LATAM)

  • One Web3 onboarding DAO

  • An open-source publishing project

  • A literacy-focused NGO (Africa-based)

4. Community Involvement

All MOUs that influence the DAO treasury, token distribution, or governance model must be:

  • Proposed via a DAO vote

  • Published transparently with summaries for community review

  • Audited for alignment with Invincible Read’s mission and decentralization ethos
